Terms of use

These terms apply to anyone who uses the Warmbell website, the staff admin or our apps (together, "the site"). The site is run by PIXELMART LIMITED, trading as Warmbell ("Warmbell", "we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

If your business subscribes to Warmbell, our Terms of service also apply and win if anything conflicts. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

Warmbell is for businesses. You must be 18 or over, and if you use the site for a business, you must have its permission to do so.

• Use your own login. Don't share it or let anyone else use your account.
• Give accurate details and keep them up to date.
• Tell us straight away at [privacy@warmbell.co] if you think someone has accessed your account without permission.

When you use the site, you must not:

• break any law, or help anyone else do so;
• send spam or messages your recipients haven't agreed to receive;
• upload anything that is false, misleading, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights;
• upload viruses or harmful code, or try to get into accounts, data or systems you aren't allowed to access;
• overload or disrupt the site, or test its security without our written permission;
• scrape, copy or harvest data from the site with bots or other automated tools, except through features we provide;
• copy, reverse engineer or resell the site, or use it to build a competing product;
• post fake reviews or pretend to be someone else.

You keep ownership of the content you upload, such as your logo, photos, service descriptions and messages. You give us permission to host, store, copy and display it as needed to run the site. You are responsible for that content and for having the right to use it. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

The site, including its software, design, text, graphics and the Warmbell name and logo, belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use them except as the site and these terms allow.

The site may link to other websites, such as Stripe or Google. We don't control them and aren't responsible for their content or how they handle your information.

We work to keep the site accurate, secure and available, but we provide it "as is". We don't promise that it will always be available, error-free or free of harmful code. Information on our website, such as guides and examples, is general and isn't professional advice.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss from using the site, except as set out in our Terms of service for businesses that subscribe to Warmbell. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We may suspend or stop your access to the site if you break these terms, or if we need to protect the site, other users or the public.

We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If you keep using the site after a change, the updated terms apply.

These terms are governed by New Zealand law, and the New Zealand courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
