How does the free trial work?
Every trial is 14 days on Starter, no card needed. Move up to Growth or Pro whenever you want online booking and the customer portal.
Can I add my team?
Yes. Each plan includes seats (1, 3, 10 or unlimited), and extra team members are $24 each per month on any plan.
Where does my money go?
Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank.
Can Warmbell build and host my website?
Yes. The website builder is an add-on on Growth, Pro and Enterprise, and Warmbell hosts the site at its own web address. Using a domain name you already own, or buying one through Warmbell, is coming soon.
Is AI customer support included?
It's an add-on on Growth, Pro and Enterprise. It answers customers in your portal, and on your website when Warmbell hosts it. Ask us for pricing.
What does “coming soon” mean?
It's being built now and isn't switched on yet. We list it so you know where Warmbell is heading.
