What does Warmbell do today?

Your staff calendar, services and classes, online booking through your own customer portal, GST invoices with a card pay link, memberships, credit packs and a shop. AI customer support is available as an add-on. Anything marked coming soon isn't switched on yet.

How does the free trial work?

Every trial is 14 days on Starter, no card needed. Move up to Growth or Pro whenever you want online booking and the customer portal.

Where does my money go?

Card payments go to your own Stripe account, and Stripe pays out to your bank. Warmbell's own subscription is a separate bill.

Will my customers see Warmbell?

Your portal carries your logo, colours and business name, with a small “Powered by Warmbell” line at the bottom.

Can Warmbell build and host my website?

Yes. Build your site from ready-made layouts and Warmbell hosts it at its own web address, with your services and classes linking straight to booking. It's an add-on on Growth and above. Using your own domain name is coming soon.

Is there AI customer support?

Yes. It answers your customers in your portal, and on your website when Warmbell hosts it, using the documents and FAQs you give it. It's an add-on on Growth and above.

Can I bring my customers across?

Yes. Import customers and products from a spreadsheet, then invite customers to the portal when you're ready.
